Outcome, format and prerequisites
- Outcome: your workload runs migrated and production-ready on kloudease
- Documented mapping of the adopted configuration
- Starting point: the workload already runs on Kubernetes, manifests or Helm charts are available
- Prerequisite: a booked kloudease platform and a workload that meets the criteria below
- We map provider-specific resources such as load balancer annotations or storage classes to kloudease where an equivalent exists
- Your part: access to existing manifests, charts or repositories
- Price: 6,000 € per workload – fixed price, excl. VAT.
What your workload needs to bring
A package covers exactly one workload: an independently deployable application including its direct dependencies such as a database or cache. Both must be cloud-native and mappable to the kloudease scope. We check this before you order in a free readiness check. A booked kloudease platform is always required.
Runs on Linux as a container – without privileged rights, host network or node access
State lives in kloudease managed services or persistent volumes, not in the container
Database, cache and similar are available as a kloudease managed service or reachable externally
Configuration via environment variables and secrets, logs to stdout
Only standard Kubernetes resources – no custom operators, CRDs or cluster-wide resources
Resource needs fit the node limits of your tier
Scope boundaries: when another package fits
Not included: Further workloads (one package per workload, independently deployable services count separately), operators, CRDs, service mesh and cluster-wide resources, replacing cloud services without a kloudease equivalent, data migration beyond dump and restore, refactoring and architecture changes.
