Scope
What the tiers include
The platform runs around the clock in every tier, and from Business so does the handling of P1/P2 incidents. Support hours apply to support requests, Care and less urgent incidents.

BYOI – Bring Your Own InfrastructureShow prices
By default, you get STACKIT through us – one contract partner, one invoice. With BYOI you use your own infrastructure or cloud account instead, and we take care of platform operations only. The pack size is based on the total vCPU capacity provisioned across all clusters (seed, services, workload and sandbox clusters), not on consumption. You pay infrastructure costs directly to the provider, with no mark-up. Available from Business.

Databases and data stores, run by us
Monthly management fee per instance, plus infrastructure. The size is the scaling ceiling: within that budget the service scales automatically. The same SLAs apply as for the platform.

Operating your own application
AOE also runs your application – monitoring, P1–P2 incident management around the clock, escalation to your team. For each production cluster you choose a package with a fixed allowance of incident hours, plus a one-off onboarding per cluster. Available from Business. There is no availability commitment for your application; 24/7 operation of the platform itself is included in every tier.

- The response time (MTTA) as per the SLA is guaranteed, not the resolution time for defects in the application code. Allowance per calendar month; above the package cap (10/20/40 h) incident hours cost 490 €/h.

Care packages for your team
Support around your use of kloudease – for example Kubernetes questions, upgrades or configuring add-ons. Architecture advisory is covered by the Advisory Accelerator. As a monthly hour allowance with a reduced rate for additional hours, or flexibly on demand. The support hours of your tier apply.
