Packages and pricing
Three packages with a fixed hour allowance
You choose the package based on how often you expect your application to need intervention. It is booked per production cluster running applications with SREaaS – staging and sandbox do not count. Prices for Business and Scale.

- The allowance applies per calendar month; unused hours expire. Each incident counts from alert acceptance for at least 1 hour, then in 30-minute steps – regardless of the cause.
- Incident hours above the cap cost 490 €/h. Incidents are still handled – if you regularly need more, the larger package pays off.
- Onboarding covers handover of the application, triage and escalation paths, conformance check, alert rules and runbooks, plus advisory operational stabilisation.
- Available from Business. Enterprise with shorter response times on request. All prices excl. VAT.

- Not included: feature development, release engineering, application code fixes, architecture redesign, data corrections and vulnerability management of the application.
- Availability commitments apply to the platform as per the SLA. SREaaS secures the operation of your application through your tier’s response times – a resolution time for defects in the application code is not included.
Technical requirements
Before we start, we check together whether your application is ready for operation:
- Compatible with the 12-factor principles
- Deployment via Helm charts with full rollback, rollback-capable APIs and database schemas
- Prometheus-compatible metrics endpoints, liveness and readiness probes
- HPA-ready deployments with defined requests and limits
- Structured logs, ideally JSON, and versioned images
- Documented runbooks
