The ground rule: your time counts, our preparation doesn't
Only time the architect spends with you or directly on your material counts against the allowance. Everything we need to make that time valuable is covered by the package price.
- Test question: Are you in the room, or is the architect working on your material right now? Then it is customer time.
- Billed per started hour, transparent in the allowance log
- Short technical answers under 15 minutes are included
- Scheduling and coordination never count against the allowance

- We book customer time per started hour. Every booking is listed with date, topic and duration in the allowance log, which you can view at any time.
- If a session needs unusually extensive preparation, such as a purpose-built demo, we announce it beforehand. That time only counts with your approval.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before an appointment use up the planned time.
- The call-off period starts when you order. Hours not used expire at the end of the call-off period.
- Additional on-site days are charged at a travel flat rate of 300 € per day.
