Outcome, format and prerequisites
- Outcome: your application runs production-ready on kloudease
- Documented deployment configuration in the GitOps repository
- Starting point: a working container image in a registry reachable from kloudease, not yet running on Kubernetes
- Prerequisite: a booked kloudease platform and a workload that meets the criteria below
- Your part: a contact person from your development team for configuration and acceptance
- Price: 6,500 € per workload – fixed price, excl. VAT.
What your workload needs to bring
A package covers exactly one workload: an independently deployable application including its direct dependencies such as a database or cache. Both must be cloud-native and mappable to the kloudease scope. We check this before you order in a free readiness check. A booked kloudease platform is always required.
Runs on Linux as a container – without privileged rights, host network or node access
State lives in kloudease managed services or persistent volumes, not in the container
Database, cache and similar are available as a kloudease managed service or reachable externally
Configuration via environment variables and secrets, logs to stdout
Only standard Kubernetes resources – no custom operators, CRDs or cluster-wide resources
Resource needs fit the node limits of your tier
Scope boundaries: when another package fits
Not included: Containerisation, reworking the image (such as running as root or hard-wired configuration), refactoring, software development, data migration beyond dump and restore, and further workloads – one package per workload.
