The price list contains the kloudease list prices – platform and clusters per tier, add-ons, managed services & applications, fixed-price packages and Care. Quotes refer to a fixed version. What a service includes is described in the service sheets, availability and response times in the SLA. The Enterprise tier is agreed individually. The document is available in German.
